Lightseeds Animal Reiki Disclaimers and Policies
In order to serve all our clients in the best, most honorable way possible, we have the following policies in place.
Your perusal of this site, and completion of any forms, indicate that you fully agree to these terms and you agree that your submission of the scheduling form serves as an electronic signature and agreement as follows:
Cancellation and Refunds
The time you schedule is reserved for you, and in consideration for other clients awaiting appointments, we require twenty-four (24) hours notice via telephone or email of a cancellation.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee ($25.00) unless the session is rescheduled.
We provide refunds only in the rare situation in which Holly Matson must cancel a scheduled session. Refunds due to a client's scheduling errors or other situations out of the control of Lightseeds and Holly Matson are not available.
Refunds will not be provided for completed sessions. Again, no guarantee can be made as to the outcome of a session.

Holly Matson is not and does not claim to be a healthcare provider or veterinarian, and cannot diagnose or prescribe treatments for you or your animal.
- The purpose of an energy healing session is only to provide energy with the intention of balance, comfort, and wellbeing.
- As with any living being, you understand that your animal has free will, and that Li9htseeds offers no guarantee regarding the outcome of a Reiki session. The purpose is only to act as a mediator to offer energy to the animal for it to use for its own wellbeing.
